Total Carrental
The cars in our packages are provided by Total Carrental. From the moment you arrive on Bonaire the reserved for car will be available for you, at least, if your arrival is between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm.
The car we made reservations for always comes including CDW insurance, which stands for “Collision Deductible Waiver”. Your Collision Deductible is $ 350.-
We strongly recommend accepting this insurance, but we can arrange for a rental car without it. You save yourself $ 10.- per day, but please be aware that the car is fully your responsibility during the full rental period if you decline this insurance.
Some creditcard companies offer the cardholders insurance on rental cars. Please double check if they also cover a pick-up truck!! and let me know if you want to make use of that particular service your creditcard company offers you.
No problem at all for me but we do need to know this in advance, preferably already when finalizing your reservations.
The car offered in all our packages is a regular double cabin stickshift pickup truck. (either a Mitsubishi L200 or a Mazda B2200). These cars are very well capable of handling the Bonairian roads including those in the National Park Washington Slagbaai.
Of course can we arrange for an upgrade. Total carrental offers the following possibilities at the following rates;

Please do not forget to bring your driverslicense and please do check the expiration date timely! Total carrental does require a valid driverslicense and a creditcard (MC, Visa or Amex) deposit.
